They were allegedly involved in the murder of a man and the attempted murder of another person.<\/p>\n<p>The facts occurred on January 8 in El Bosque neighborhood in the municipality of La Tebaida (Quind\u00edo) when two men were talking on a public road. Apparently, Ria\u00f1o and Arenas approached them and shot them, causing the death of one of them and the other person managed to escape.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office charged the two people with aggravated homicide, attempted aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition.
