He was also allegedly involved in extortions.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the request of a prosecutor from the support structures group (Estructuras de Apoyo EDA) a judge issued an intramural measure against Cristian Andr\u00e9s Gir\u00f3n Su\u00e1rez for the crimes of aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime for homicide purposes<\/p>\n<p>According to the Prosecutor\u00b4s Office alias El Gringo, was allegedly part of Clan del Golfo\u2019s substructure named Manuel Jos\u00e9 Gait\u00e1n, as leader of the military wing in the urban area of the department.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, alias El Gringo was coordinating the hitmen of this substructure. He was allegedly involved in committing selective homicides, collecting extortions and criminal control of the territory.<\/p>\n<p>The criminal acts for which he is investigated took place in 2023 in several municipalities of the department.<\/p>\n<p>Alias \u2018El Gringo\u2019 has two criminal records as suspect of conspiracy to commit a crime and illegal possession of weapons.<\/p>\n<p>Dij\u00edn of the National Police arrested him on November 18 on a public street in the municipality of Sincelejo, by virtue of an arrest warrant.<\/p>\n<p>When we speak, results follow.<\/p>\n<p>The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
