{"id":41537,"date":"2023-10-21T09:04:16","date_gmt":"2023-10-21T14:04:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=41537"},"modified":"2023-11-02T17:24:33","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T22:24:33","slug":"alleged-member-of-the-farc-dissidents-who-participated-in-the-murder-of-four-people-in-putumayo-was-sent-to-prison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2023\/10\/21\/alleged-member-of-the-farc-dissidents-who-participated-in-the-murder-of-four-people-in-putumayo-was-sent-to-prison\/","title":{"rendered":"Alleged member of the FARC dissidents who participated in the murder of four people in Putumayo was sent to prison"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Alias El Flaco was charged with aggravated homicide and illegal possession of weapons.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>After assessing the evidence presented by the Attorney General&#8217;s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence on Willintong Obeimar D\u00edaz Zamora, alias El Flaco, as possible responsible for the murder of four men on August 25<sup>th<\/sup> which occurred in the rural area of Mocoa (Putumayo).<\/p>\n<p>The evidence indicates that alias El Flaco, in the company of other members of Farc \u00a0dissidents \u2018Comandos de Frontera\u2019 went to the sector known as La Pista and allegedly shot indiscriminately against the victims.<\/p>\n<p>Due to these events, a prosecutor belonging to the Homicide Group of the Delegate Office for Territorial Security charged D\u00edaz Zamora with aggravated homicide; and manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition. He did not plead guilty.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office prosecuted three people who would be involved in this crime. Elkin Jhorlian Tepud Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, alias L\u00e1grima; and Eiver Camilo Torres Hern\u00e1ndez, alias Gallero were recently prosecuted and sent to prison.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of general interest.<\/p>\n<p>When we speak, results follow.<\/p>\n<p>The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
