At the request of a special prosecutor, a judge sent five people (four men and one woman) to prison for being allegedly responsible for selling narcotics at small scale.<\/p>\n
According to the evidence collected by the judicial police, the arrested people apparently dosed marijuana and bazooka since 2022 and sold them in small doses in the sector of the port of the municipality of Puerto Concordia (Meta).<\/p>\n
The Police and the National Army carried out several home searches \u00a0in Primero de Mayo neighborhood in Puerto Concordia and Araz\u00e1 neighborhood \u00a0in San Jos\u00e9 del Guaviare (Guaviare) by virtue of a court order in which the alleged members of the criminal organization were arrested.<\/p>\n
The arrested people who were charged by the Prosecutor’s Office with manufacturing, trafficking and possession of narcotics were brought before a judge and they pleaded guilty.<\/p>\n
As a result of the operation, a man was arrested in possession of \u00a0weapons and was charged with illegal possession of weapons but he did not plead guilty.<\/p>\n
Among the material that was seized in the judicial proceedings there were cell phones, marijuana, two shotguns and items used for the dosage of hallucinogens.<\/p>\n
The detainees are: Juan Camilo P\u00e9rez Nieto, alias \u2018Cuchumino\u2019;\u00a0Marbelly Stellin Sandoval Sanchez, alias \u2018Vaca Topa\u2019; Luis Alejandro Ramirez Rivera, alias \u2018Godzila\u2019; Hern\u00e1n Camilo Traslavi\u00f1a Rodriguez, alias \u2018Tatuador\u2019; Johan Estiven Lamilla Traslavi\u00f1a, alias \u2018Mono O Mecanico\u2019 and Wilmer Alejandro P\u00e9rez Nieto, alias \u2018El Gordo\u2019.<\/p>\n
