After approving the evidence presented by a sectional prosecutor, a judge issued a prison sentence against three men, for their alleged responsibility in the crime of manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms of private and restricted use of the Armed Forces.<\/p>\n
This is about the alleged leader of the criminal group Las 23, Duv\u00e1n Stiven Mulato Ramos, alias ZGordo; Cristi\u00e1n Mauricio Mina Aponz\u00e1 and Juli\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s Riascos Campaz, alias Care Mu\u00f1eca.<\/p>\n
According to the investigation, the defendants apparently engaged in selective homicide by the modality of hit men, trafficking and possession of firearms and violent theft of people and motorcycles, in Puerto Tejada (Cauca), Cali and Jamund\u00ed (Valle del Cauca).<\/p>\n
The people were arrested on a public road in Puerto Tejada during an operation carried out by members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI), with the support of National Police and National Army.<\/p>\n
During the judicial proceeding, the authorities seized two 9-millimeter pistols, a 38-caliber revolver, two magazines, ammunition, and four cell phones.<\/p>\n
The Prosecutor’s Office associated three homicides committed this year that would be charged to Duv\u00e1n Stiven Mulato Ramos, alias ZGordo. He also faces a criminal investigation for the crime of illegal possession of firearms.<\/p>\n
During the hearings, the three people did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n
