CTI members of the Office of the Attorney General, Sij\u00edn Judicial Police and and Gaula from Army, arrested a man identified as Martin Alonso G\u00f3mez Lozada who was prosecuted for the homicide.<\/p>\n
Investigative work indicates that the events occurred in August 2020 in the rural area named Lejan\u00edas, municipality of Cartagena del Chair\u00e1, inside a store, where a fight apparently occurred and G\u00f3mez Lozada allegedly attacked Janer Smith Gir\u00f3n Carrillo with a knife.<\/p>\n
The victim suffered a serious chest injury that caused his death.<\/p>\n
At the end of the hearings, the defendant did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the prosecutor of the so-called Unidad de Vida \u2013 Sectional Office in Caquet\u00e1. He must serve home confinement.<\/p>\n
