At the request of a prosecutor of the Sectional Office in Risaralda Section, a judge sent Andr\u00e9s Felipe Mulato Ram\u00edrez to prison, and ordered house arrest for Santiago Marulanda Loaiza who would be responsible for the homicide of a 33 years old man \u00a0\u00a0in Pereira.<\/p>\n
The facts occurred on July 4, 2022 at Roc\u00edo Alto neighborhood in Risaralda when the two defendants, who were driving a vehicle, intercepted a truck and apparently shot the driver, Robert Edward Pe\u00f1a Zapata, causing his death.<\/p>\n
For these facts, the Prosecutor’s Office charged the two people with aggravated homicide and possession of firearms. They did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n
