At the request of the Sectional Office in Atl\u00e1ntico, a judge sent Giovanny Andr\u00e9s Madrid Pantoja, alias 19, to prison for being the person allegedly responsible for a homicide of a 34-year-old woman in Soledad (Atl\u00e1ntico).<\/p>\n
The facts took place on April 15 in the Villa Bel\u00e9n neighborhood of the aforementioned municipality, when the defendant, apparently, shot the victim several times.<\/p>\n
The investigation proved that alias 19 would be a member of the Los Rastrojos Coste\u00f1os criminal structure, in which he allegedly had the role of hitman and \u00a0received orders from Ober Ricardo Mart\u00ednez Guti\u00e9rrez, alias el Negro Ober, the leader of the aforementioned organization and who is deprived of liberty.<\/p>\n
Alias \u200b\u200b19 was arrested in recent days by the National Police in Bogot\u00e1, and the Prosecutor’s Office charged him with homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of a firearm.<\/p>\n
