This would be a criminal organization investigated for their alleged participation in homicides and extortions in the department.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants were arrested by Gaula officers of the National Police during home searches carried out at the Cachimbero, La Bonga de Barranquilla, and Primero de Mayo neighborhoods in the municipality of Soledad on August 25.<\/p>\n<p>The detainees are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elsy Judith Moreno Guti\u00e9rrez, alias La Patrona.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00edctor Carlos Perez Moreno, alias V\u00edctor Carlos JR.<\/li>\n<li>Yidier de Jes\u00fas Moreno Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/li>\n<li>Orlando Manuel P\u00e9rez Coronado.<\/li>\n<li>Wilmer Antonio Coronado Sandoval.<\/li>\n<li>Martin Esteban Moreno Rivera.<\/li>\n<li>Osnaider de Jes\u00fas Charris Salcedo.<\/li>\n<li>Yovanys Ayala Manjarrez.<\/li>\n<li>Kevin Smith Moreno Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/li>\n<li>Martin Emilio Moreno Guti\u00e9rrez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manuel de Jes\u00fas Guti\u00e9rrez Cervantes and Stiven Alberto San Andr\u00e9s Castillejo were notified in prison.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed that those arrested people were allegedly extorting owners of commercial establishments in Barranquilla and its metropolitan area.
