In five days, the Attorney General\u00b4s Office and the National Police managed to arrest the alleged aggressor in Monter\u00eda (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/em><\/p>\n

At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge ordered a prison sentence against Gustavo Adolfo Agamez Lara, allegedly responsible for the crime of a 15-year-old boy which occurred on October 8 on a bus of the transportation system in Bogot\u00e1 knowns as Transmilenio.<\/p>\n

A specialized team from the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office and the SIJIN of the Metropolitan Police of Bogot\u00e1 undertook the investigation and obtained evidence to identify the alleged aggressor, who would have attacked the young man in the chest with a sharp weapon because he stepped on him in middle of the crowd.<\/p>\n

The victim was transferred to the Santa Clara Hospital, downtown the city, where he died due to the seriousness of his injuries. For his part, Agamez Lara, also known as ‘Patac\u00f3n’, escaped to Medell\u00edn and then he moved to Monter\u00eda (C\u00f3rdoba). In this city, he was arrested after five days of investigations<\/p>\n

A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Bogot\u00e1 charged the detainee with aggravated homicide. The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges and must serve a prison sentence.<\/p>\n
