A judge in C\u00facuta (Norte de Santander) accepted the arguments presented by the Prosecutor’s Office and imposed a prison sentence on the three defendants.<\/p>\n
The men were arrested in flagrante delicto on September 14 in the Libertadores neighborhood of Tib\u00fa (Norte de Santander) by Army and National Police personnel when they were carrying out control and registration procedures.<\/p>\n
In the proceeding, they seized a pistol, five cartridges, and a magazine with a capacity for 17 cartridges, which were found in the back of the vehicle used by the defendants.<\/p>\n
