According to the investigation, the victim was attacked with a firearm on March 6 when he entered a bar in the Buenos Aires neighborhood in the municipality of Bel\u00e9n de Umbr\u00eda. Once the crime was committed, Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez would have fled the scene on a motorcycle in which Rend\u00f3n Uribe was waiting for him.<\/p>\n
The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendants as allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide and aggravated possession of weapons. The defendants did not plead guilty.<\/p>\n
