Facts took place in Planeta Rica (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the request of a prosecutor from the Sectional Office in C\u00f3rdoba, a judge legalized the arrest and issued a prison sentence against Never Antonio Esquivel Vergara, for the crime of aggravated homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Esquivel Vergara apparently attacked a neighbor with a knife while he was sleeping. The victim was identified as Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Hern\u00e1ndez Le\u00f3n, 55, who died minutes after the attack when arrived without vital signs at the San Nicol\u00e1s Hospital in Planeta Rica (C\u00f3rdoba).<\/p>\n<p>The events occurred on May 21 in the urban area of \u200b\u200bthat municipality and after the alleged attack, the perpetrator hid the weapon and voluntarily presented himself before the authorities at the Planeta Rica Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>The alleged perpetrator did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>When we speak, results follow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the incident, the perpetrator apparently hid the murder weapon and voluntarily presented himself to the authorities.
