This man would be responsible for attacking Harvy Caicedo Dom\u00ednguez with a firearm, who died due to the injuries. Also, a 17-year-old minor was injured.<\/p>\n
The events occurred on March 26 in a store located in the Guillermo Le\u00f3n Valencia neighborhood in the east part of the city where a discussion took place.<\/p>\n
The Prosecutor’s Office charged alias El Mono with homicide, aggravated attempted homicide, aggravated manufacture, trafficking, and possession of firearms, accessories, parts, and ammunition. He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n
The defendant was arrested by the Metropolitan Police by virtue of an order issued by a criminal judge.<\/p>\n
