According to the investigations, the defendants sold certificates and they cost 50 thousand pesos each, and these were manufactured in an internet cafe in Zipaquir\u00e1, (Cundinamarca) to be sold in Bogot\u00e1 and various towns in this department.<\/p>\n
It is estimated that in a single day they designed up to 50 certificates (Mi Vacuna)by using templates and design software, computer equipment, printers, and paper cutters.<\/p>\n
During the raids on the commercial establishment, Ingrid Yineth Delgado Garz\u00f3n and Gilder Guzm\u00e1n Garr\u00f3n were arrested and brought before a judge.<\/p>\n
