He did not plead guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>This person was arrested this week in the municipality of Coyaima by the Police authorities in the Department of Tolima<\/p>\n<p>The events under investigation occurred in February 2021, when Iliacid Perdomo Lugo, alias \u2018El\u2018 Mono \u2019, who was part of the Dagoberto Ramos structure of said organization, was killed with a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>Marin Maluche, in the company of two people, allegedly killed alias \u2018El Mono\u2019 in order to steal $ 2,000,000 and a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the 26-year-old defendant is related to other investigations for sexual crimes whose victims were of the municipality of Planadas (Tolima).<\/p>\n<p>This person will remain deprived of liberty until his legal status is resolved.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor&#8217;s Office speaks with results.<\/p>\n<p>When we speak, results follow.<\/p>\n<p><em>The information contained in this press release corresponds to the narration of the objective news provided by the officials in charge of carrying out the criminal investigations within the Office of the Attorney General.
