The measure was pronounced by a supervisory judge in Medell\u00edn (Antioquia). \u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The investigation that was carried out under the guidelines established by the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, in order to clarify the facts that attempt against social leaders in Colombia, also made it possible to show that alias Moraito would be a member of the Organized Criminal Group (GDO) Pe\u00f1itas, which operated in the so-called \u2018Comuna 13\u2019 in Medell\u00edn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The facts took place on July 14, 2017 in neighborhood\u00a0<i>San Javier La Loma<\/i>\u00a0in Medell\u00edn, where the communal leader was killed with a firearm.
