ESP<\/i>, who took office since April 4, 2016, Mauricio Bernal Marcucci, for his alleged responsibility in environmental pollution, with circumstances of aggravation and damage to natural resources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The investigation revealed alleged mistakes made by the consortium in the management and disposal of waste in Do\u00f1a Juana landfill, including disintegration, compaction, and covering of waste.
