{"id":39244,"date":"2020-09-23T09:21:48","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T14:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=39244"},"modified":"2020-09-25T12:31:08","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T17:31:08","slug":"an-alleged-member-of-the-united-guerrillas-of-the-pacific-or-los-contadores-was-prosecuted-for-the-murder-of-a-person-in-process-of-reincorporation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2020\/09\/23\/an-alleged-member-of-the-united-guerrillas-of-the-pacific-or-los-contadores-was-prosecuted-for-the-murder-of-a-person-in-process-of-reincorporation\/","title":{"rendered":"An alleged member of the United Guerrillas of the Pacific or \u2018Los Contadores\u2019, was prosecuted for the murder of a person in process of reincorporation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Eight cases have been clarified and 14 people have been arrested for affecting social leaders, people in process of reincorporation and civilians.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In response to the guidelines defined by the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, that prioritize the clearing up of cases that affect leaders, people in the process of reincorporation and the civil population, the arrest and prosecution of a person allegedly involved in the murder of a former Farc member in process of reincorporation was achieved.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In the last hours, a Prosecutor appointed to the Special Investigation Unit charged John James Cuenu Cabezas, alias JJ or Culo with aggravated murder, conspiracy to commit a crime and manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms.
