{"id":39240,"date":"2020-09-22T02:30:07","date_gmt":"2020-09-22T07:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=39240"},"modified":"2020-09-25T12:28:09","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T17:28:09","slug":"in-the-core-of-the-so-called-colectivos-urbanos-accused-of-supporting-acts-of-vandalism-and-terrorism-in-bogota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2020\/09\/22\/in-the-core-of-the-so-called-colectivos-urbanos-accused-of-supporting-acts-of-vandalism-and-terrorism-in-bogota\/","title":{"rendered":"In the core of the so called \u2018colectivos urbanos\u2019 accused of supporting acts of vandalism and terrorism in Bogot\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Audios and images showing the creation of an urban collective and\u00a0\u00a0the roles that its members played to generate outrages were presented by the Attorney General&#8217;s Office in a hearing aimed at prosecuting four people arrested for their alleged participation in criminal acts during protests in Bogot\u00e1 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General carried out an investigative process in a joint work with Dijin- National Police to reveal and to supply details about the functioning of one of the so-called &#8216;colectivos&#8217; or &#8216;uniones solidarias&#8217; through which the residual groups allegedly promoted acts of vandalism and terrorism in Bogot\u00e1 between October 2019 and September of the current year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In 10 months, 11 search and seizure processes, wiretappings with more than 1,600 hours of listening and 112,000 audios, data and messages; surveillance and monitoring activities, morphological and fingerprints comparisons, selective searches in databases, and requests for information to public or private entities, among other judicial police tasks were carried out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Based on the information that was obtained, the five alleged members of these illegal networks working for the residual structures were identified.
