The Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, stated that this legal action is the result of the work of the special task force that was assigned from the moment the crime was informed.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In 10 days, the Attorney General&#8217;s Office and it&#8217;s Technical Investigative Corps (Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de investigaci\u00f3n CTI) clarified the murder of five people which took place on August 21 in the rural area El Caracol, \u200b\u200bArauca.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, explained that the investigations that were ordered in the beginning allowed to collect probative material that would hold the Residual Organized Armed Group (Gaor) &#8211; Structure 10 responsible\u00a0<\/span>for the murder.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In that sense, two people who were part of the illegal organization were arrested and they were notified in the place where they remain imprisoned for the commission of other crimes.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The evidence shows that Dilia Elizabeth Achagua Maldonado, alias Alejandra, planned together with with Exequiel Loaiza Guzm\u00e1n, alias Urias, the commission of the murder from the Arauca Police Station, where she remains detained.
