The defendant is an alleged member of the\u00a0<i>Edwin Rom\u00e1n Valle<\/i>\u00a0substructure of the so-called &#8216;Clan del Golfo, who would have participated in the murder of Manuel Antonio Gonz\u00e1lez Vuelvas (a person\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">in process of reincorporation)<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0which took place on December 13, 2019, in Ituango (Antioquia).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">This person was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated criminal conspiracy and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Jos\u00e9 Daniel V\u00e9lez Valencia, alias El Flaco, had recently been prosecuted for this crime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The other legal action was achieved in Choc\u00f3.
