The evidence shows that they would be part of the structure of Ebelio Fern\u00e1ndez, known as \u2018Zar de la Heroina en Nari\u00f1o\u2019, who would have links with ELN structures to control the production of this drug in the department and to coordinate its transportation abroad.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">A prosecutor from the Special Office against Criminal Organizations charged the detainees with the manufacture, trafficking, possessing firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition, and aggravated drug trafficking, manufacture, and possession.
