{"id":38904,"date":"2020-07-07T15:01:51","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T20:01:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=38904"},"modified":"2020-07-09T12:17:37","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T17:17:37","slug":"office-of-the-attorney-general-prosecuted-alias-rambo-alleged-mastermind-of-the-murder-of-farcs-former-combatant-in-meta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2020\/07\/07\/office-of-the-attorney-general-prosecuted-alias-rambo-alleged-mastermind-of-the-murder-of-farcs-former-combatant-in-meta\/","title":{"rendered":"Office of the Attorney General prosecuted alias Rambo, alleged mastermind of the murder of Farc\u00b4s former combatant in Meta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General through the Special Investigation Unit (UEI for its Spanish acronym) prosecuted Jos\u00e9 Alfredo Agudelo Mu\u00f1oz, alias Rambo who ordered the murder of the Farc\u00b4s former combatant Alexander Parra Uribe, which took place on October 24th 2019 in the Territorial Training and Reincorporation Spaces (ETCR, for its Spanish acronym) in Mesetas (Meta).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">During the hearings<sup>\u00a0<\/sup>(audiencias concentradas), the Office of the Attorney General charged the defendant with aggravated murder, and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms. The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges and he must serve his sentence in a prison center according to a decision made by the supervisory judge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The investigations indicate that alias Rambo was in charge of recruiting foreign citizens, many of them Venezuelan citizens, for enrolling the residual structure of alias Gentil Duarte.
