Both defendants were charged with manufacture, trafficking, possession of a firearm, and\u00a0\u00a0manufacture, trafficking and possession of weapons, ammunition reserved for the exclusive use of the armed forces, or explosives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Three minors were also apprehended in the home raids and searches in which the defendants were arrested and they were sent to the juvenile detention center preventive\u00a0<i>Instituto de Orientaci\u00f3n\u00a0Santo \u00c1ngel<\/i>\u00a0in the city of Pasto (Nari\u00f1o).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In addition, the following war material was seized as a result of the home raids carried out in rural settlement\u00a0\u00a0El Gualtal, municipality of Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o) by personnel of Gaula (Police) and National Army:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">A\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">5.56mm x 45mm caliber rifle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Two 9mm x 19mm caliber pistols<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">A 380 auto caliber pistol<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">A magazine for a 380 caliber pistol<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Two magazines for pistol<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">6 magazines for rifle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">178 cartridges 5.56mm x 45mm caliber<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">68 cartridges 9 mm caliber<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">18 cartridges 45 auto caliber<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">16 cartridges 380 auto caliber<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In the course of the hearings, a supervisory judge took into account the arguments presented by the Office of the Attorney General and issued a detention order to serve a prison sentence in\u00a0<i>Villahermosa<\/i>\u00a0in the city of Cali (Valle del Cauca).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of\u00a0\u00a0general interest.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another alleged member and three minors were also prosecuted.
