Facts took place from 1993 to 2006.<\/p>\n<p>According to what it was established, this paramilitary block, under the leadership of Arnubio Triana Mahecha, alias Botal\u00f3n, committed crimes in the municipalities of El Carmen de Chucur\u00ed, Cimitarra and Bol\u00edvar (Santander); Puerto Boyac\u00e1 (Boyac\u00e1) and Puerto Nare (Antioquia).<\/p>\n<p>*Postulado: a term used to refer to demobilized members of illegal armed groups who postulated to obtain a benefit from the Justice and Peace Law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Justice and Peace Chamber of the Supreme Court (Sala de Conocimiento de Justicia y Paz) announced the early termination of the transitional process on 12 \u2018postulados\u2019* of the Peasant Self-Defense Bloc in Puerto Boyac\u00e1 (Bloque Autodefensas Campesinas) and sentenced them to an alternative punishment of 8 years prison according to Law 975 of 2005.
