E.S.P.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Two\u00a0of them were former managers of the company<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The accused individuals must appear before trial for their responsibility in aggravated criminal conspiracy with multiple concurrent crimes, misappropriation with a series of similar crimes in 16 facts and ideological falsehood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The events took place between February 2012 and April 2015, when the managers from the time and employees apparently allied themselves to defraud the company\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">by simulating contracts that were never executed, but some of them were paid in a partial manner and others in total.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The accused people were:<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Daniel Fernando Mart\u00ednez Falla, manager of\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Emac\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">2012-2014.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Andr\u00e9s Barreiro Soto, treasurer, and paymaster, budget, and physical resources chief from 2012 to 2015.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Socorro Ram\u00edrez Flores, administrative assistant manager 2012-2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Edgar Andr\u00e9s Tovar Galindo, technical and environmental assistant manager 2012-2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Miguel \u00c1ngel D\u00edaz Losada, head of internal control 2012-2013.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Gloria Meldrey Artunduaga Lizcano, manager of Emac 2014-2015.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Wilson Hern\u00e1ndez Caliman, head of internal control 2012-2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">H\u00e9ctor Fabio Pe\u00f1a Vanegas, participating party- private individual<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Jair Alfonso Silva Mart\u00ednez, participating party -private individual<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Lina Mar\u00eda Giraldo Perdomo, participating party- private individual<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b><u>The facts<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the Office of the Attorney General between February 24, 2012 and August 4, 2014, the manager from the time, Daniel Fernando Mart\u00ednez Falla, allegedly organized, promoted and led \u2018a criminal enterprise\u2019 constituted by Andr\u00e9s Barreiro Soto, treasurer and paymaster, budget and physical resources chief; Socorro Ram\u00edrez Flores, administrative assistant manager; Edgar Andr\u00e9s Tovar Galindo, technical assistant manager, and H\u00e9ctor Fabio Pe\u00f1a Vanegas, a private individual in order to defraud\u00a0<i>Emac\u00a0<\/i>by simulating seven contracts with different dates, types, subject matter, and value.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two former managers of the public company allegedly involved in embezzlement amounting to more than $ 80,000,000.
