With the decision, the then-Treasury Secretary, Oswaldo Ernesto Saavedra Ballesteros was absolved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Third Criminal Court of the Circuit of Bucaramanga (Santander) found Hoyos, Bustillo, and Thorne guilty of embezzlement and sentenced them to 7 years in prison. Hoenisgberg must serve 9 years in prison for embezzlement with a series of similar crimes.
