In this sense, it appealed the decisions of the supervisory judges 68 and 75 in Bogot\u00e1 who granted release to the defendants since\u00a0<a id=\"LPlnk909155\"><\/a>statue of limitations expired.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The appeal filed by the Office of the Attorney General seeks that Lizeth Johanna Rodr\u00edguez Z\u00e1rate, Alejandra M\u00e9ndez Molano, Andr\u00e9s Mauricio Boh\u00f3rquez Fl\u00f3rez, Boris Ernesto Rojas Quijano and Juan Camilo Pulido Ribero be deprived of freedom while a trial against them begins for rebellion offenses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">These five people are also being investigated for their alleged participation in 10 terrorist actions that occurred in Bogot\u00e1 and Pereira (2015 &#8211; 2017), including the detonation of an explosive device in the Andino shopping center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The release decision was also appealed by the representative of the Public Ministry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The \u00a0Office \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0Attorney \u00a0General \u00a0makes \u00a0this \u00a0information \u00a0public \u00a0for \u00a0reasons of general interest.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the Attorney General has been respectful and strict in complying with the procedural times established by law concerning the investigation that is being carried out against five alleged members of the militia group known as Movimiento Revolucionario del Pueblo (MRP).
