{"id":38822,"date":"2020-06-04T08:32:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T13:32:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=38822"},"modified":"2020-06-08T12:15:56","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T17:15:56","slug":"the-office-of-the-attorney-general-arrested-individuals-allegedly-involved-in-the-terrorist-attack-against-the-andino-shopping-mall-in-bogota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2020\/06\/04\/the-office-of-the-attorney-general-arrested-individuals-allegedly-involved-in-the-terrorist-attack-against-the-andino-shopping-mall-in-bogota\/","title":{"rendered":"The Office of the Attorney General arrested individuals allegedly involved in the terrorist attack against the Andino shopping mall in Bogot\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Thanks to the investigations and the judicial actions carried out by the Office of the Attorney General, two alleged members of the network known as MRP were notified of an arrest warrant issued against them in order to serve a prison sentence for their alleged participation in the attack against the Andino shopping center and in other 9 terrorist acts in Bogot\u00e1 and Pereira.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The two defendants, identified as C\u00e9sar Andr\u00e9s Barrera T\u00e9llez and Cristian Santiago Sandoval Moreno, will be brought before a supervisory judge in Bogot\u00e1 to legalize the proceeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">These people were released on June 2 regarding a process that had been followed since August 2018 for the offense of rebellion.
