The victim was a 25-year-old woman from the United States who was defenseless after she was under the influence of alcohol and was allegedly sexually attacked by Hoyos Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The alleged aggressor fled the United States and returned to Colombia.
