He was arrested in Saravena\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; Fortul (Arauca) road. He is accused of being the alleged leader of the ELN urban wing.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The arrest of Garc\u00eda Castellanos took place in a checkpoint installed by the Army after he was asked to stop when he was riding a motorcycle with a Venezuelan license plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">According to the information provided by the authorities, upon inspection, a firearm without the required license and with ammunition was found. In addition, when authorities verified the identity of Luis Fernando Garc\u00eda,\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">his alleged link with the ELN was established.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General charged alias Pesadilla, before a supervisory judge, with illegal manufacturing, trafficking, and \/or possession of firearms.
