At the same hearing, a detention measure with imprisonment was issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The facts took place on February 6, 2018, in Montecristo (Bol\u00edvar) and they are related to the murder of Kevin Andr\u00e9s Lugo Jaramillo, a demobilized Farc combatant.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">In this sense, alias Jonatan was<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0placed under the competent authority\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">to be transferred to the established detention center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General makes this information public for reasons of general interest.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigations carried out by the Office of the Attorney General allowed to conduct the arrest of Alex Ferney Salazar Latorre, alias Jonatan, alleged ELN leader of the\u00a0Guillermo Ariza\u00a0front.
