They were charged with aggravated murder simple kidnapping, illegal possession of firearms, and aggravated theft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The Office of the Attorney General maintains the hypothesis which led to the arrest of the defendants and demonstrates an alleged case of robbery. The argument was corroborated in several statements.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">On April 19, the prosecutor hearing the case attended virtual hearings in order to support the indictment, however, the proceeding was canceled since a part of the defense was not present.
