As a matter of fact, in October 2019 a red notice was issued ordering her immediate arrest in 194 countries.<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">According to authorities in\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Argentina (<\/span>Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional de Argentina)\u00a0<span lang=\"en-US\">Monta\u00f1o Mu\u00f1oz was the leader and coordinator of an organization that used firearms to commit assaults in different modalities, extortion, among other criminal\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">conducts.
