{"id":38420,"date":"2020-03-13T10:16:58","date_gmt":"2020-03-13T10:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=38420"},"modified":"2020-03-16T22:10:10","modified_gmt":"2020-03-16T22:10:10","slug":"arrest-warrant-issued-for-eln-coce-and-other-nine-other-members-of-that-criminal-organization-in-connection-to-a-crime-of-an-indigenous-governor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2020\/03\/13\/arrest-warrant-issued-for-eln-coce-and-other-nine-other-members-of-that-criminal-organization-in-connection-to-a-crime-of-an-indigenous-governor\/","title":{"rendered":"Arrest warrant issued for ELN Coce and other nine other members of that criminal organization in connection to a crime of an indigenous governor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the request of the Attorney General&#8217;s Office, arrests warrants were issued against 14 ELN members, including the top ring leaders of that organization in connection to kidnapping and murder of Aulio Isarama Forastero, governor of the indigenous group named Catru Dubaza \u2013 Ember\u00e1 Dobid\u00e1 community \u00a0which took place on October 24, 2017 in Alto Baud\u00f3 (Choc\u00f3).<\/p>\n<p>According to testimonies and evidence gathered by the Sectional Prosecutor\u00b4s Office in Choc\u00f3 and the Directorate on Investigation and Analysis Support against Organized Crime, some individuals wearing ELN garments and armbands intercepted the indigenous leader and took him away with intimidations.<\/p>\n<p>Some hours after his kidnapping, the community was informed about his murder. Therefore, several community members went to the crime scene to collect the body.
