These works which are a priority for the community were not carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed on February 15, 2016. Later, two extra agreements and two contractual addendums were approved.\u00a0 These maneuvers that delayed the execution of the work allegedly violated the principles of transparency and planning.<\/p>\n<p>For these facts, a delegate prosecutor before the Supreme Court of Justice charged the defendants with execution of contract without compliance with legal requirements, ideological representation in document and misappropriation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former public servants under investigation for execution of contracts without compliance with legal requirements, ideological representation in document and misappropriation.
