On the other hand, Edison Fajardo Angulo, the leader of a band of jewels thieves, and \u00c1lvaro Preciado Qui\u00f1onez, the person who drove the motorcycle used by the hitman, were sentenced to 27 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>This decision was based on the conclusive evidence provided by the Office of the Attorney General and it encouraged the defendants to negotiate a plea bargain.<\/p>\n<p>According to the evidence, these four people were part of a criminal network that stole jewels and valuable objects in Cali.
