For three years, the Office of the Attorney General through the Specialized Directorate against Criminal Organizations and DIJIN- National Police compiled audios, videos, documents and a lot of evidence that showed the alleged links of three structures of the demobilized Farc who would be responsible for recruiting young people to commit vandalism during protests in Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n

The alleged people responsible for this activity were identified as: Jaime Hernando Olarte Torres, Yeiner Avenda\u00f1o Boh\u00f3rquez, David Revelo Guti\u00e9rrez, V\u00edctor Hugo Ruiz Herrera, Yeison Manyiver Franco S\u00e1nchez and Julio Mart\u00ednez Tautiva.<\/p>\n

These six people were arrested and brought before court (audiencias concentradas)1<\/sup>\u00a0 which took place in the so called Complejo Judicial de Paloquemao<\/em>.<\/p>\n

During the proceeding, a prosecutor of the Specialized Directorate against Criminal Organizations accused the defendants of criminal conspiracy, terrorism, homicide, drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.<\/p>\n
