All three individuals are investigated for <strong>manufacture, trafficking and possession of drugs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The three Panamanian citizens were arrested in flagrance by the Navy in area of \u200b\u200bBoca Ajicito, Naya area, within the framework of a maritime operation. Those involved were in a Flipper boat without registration.<\/p>\n<p>When defendants saw patrols, the crew tried to escape but they were intercepted by officers.
