He is the last of the alleged individuals who took part in the so-called <em>El Tarra<\/em> massacre (Norte de Santander) who has not been prosecuted.<\/p>\n<p>The action against Ovallos P\u00e9rez allowed the Special Investigation Unit (UEI) to identify and prosecute\u00a0 those individuals who took part in the so-called <em>El Tarra <\/em>massacre which took place on July 30, 2018, and caused 10 deaths which included 4 former combatants and 1 social leader.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to those involved in the death of the 10 victims which took place on July 30th 2018, other members of the EPL Front known as Libardo Toro or \u2018Pelusos\u2019 who committed offenses in El Tarra (Norte de Santander, were also prosecuted.
