The woman will be prosecuted for the crime of illicit gain.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation carried out by a prosecutor of the Special Directorate against Corruption, Gonz\u00e1lez Agudelo, who worked as secretary, would have received money from a contractor through endorsed checks amounting to more than 73 million pesos that according to her position, her economic activity and her statements during a questioning do not coincide nor justify the receipt of that money.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is focused in contracts that were awarded at the end of 2015 and a few months before the mayor\u2019s term of office came to an end.
