Strategy that lasted 4 days (from October 10 to 13).<\/p>\n<p>Within this framework, 117 people were arrested in flagrance and 96 by virtue of a court order.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI), the Metropolitan Police in Cali, and Police authorities in Valle del Cauca Deval (Departamento de Polic\u00eda Valle del Cauca) participated in the operations. Actions were coordinated by the Delegate Office for Public Security belonging to the Office of the Attorney General, through the Sectional Offices of Cali and Valle del Cauca.<\/p>\n<p>91 of the 96 arrests that were carried in these operations in Cali were related to murder offenses.<\/p>\n<p>These actions allowed to dismantle three criminal organizations whose illegal activities are related to selective killings, theft of vehicles, and micro trafficking.
