In this regard, in recent hours, it carried out a joint operation called \u2018Abeona\u2019 with SIJIN-DIPRO of the National Police which allowed to dismantle an illegal group which engaged in the sexual exploitation of minors.<\/p>\n<p>The illegal organization known as \u2018La Mona\u2019 was composed of two Venezuelan and eight Colombian citizens who sexually exploited minors between the ages of 14 and 17 of both nationalities.<\/p>\n<p>The investigations allowed to identify the modus operandi of criminals who recruited children by deception and took advantage of the victims and their families\u2019 low socioeconomic status.
