His extensive criminal record contains 15 convictions for multiple crimes and 35 investigations for forced disappearance, criminal conspiracy and homicide.<\/p>\n<p>In a coordinated work of the Attorney General&#8217;s Office and special units of <em>Gaula <\/em>(National Police), Edilson Cifuentes Hern\u00e1ndez, aka Richard, was arrested downtown. He would have become the ringleader of &#8216;Los Puntilleros\u2019 after the death of \u00d3scar Mauricio Pach\u00f3n Rozo or &#8216;Puntilla&#8217; in December 2018 in Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Richard&#8217; is remembered as former member of the <em>Self-Defense Forces <\/em>in <em>Los Llanos<\/em> Orientales and one of the main promoters of the partial ending of the so-called <em>Union Patri\u00f3tica<\/em> (UP) in the 80s and 90s.
