As a result of 29 home searches medicines were seized <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Fake medicines, expensive and complex medicines for medical treatments in high risk patients were faked and smuggled by a criminal network which operated in the Departments of Antioquia and Nari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>The members of this organization who put Colombian citizens\u2019 lives at risk sold medicines to drugstores and distributors who were in charge of taking them to dispensaries and health centers.
