According to investigations he executed several contracts on infrastructure with inconsistencies. One of them is related to outdoor toilets in villages such as <em>Retiro Nuevo<\/em> and <em>Matuya <\/em>in which he paid 17\u2019690.000 pesos (which was the total cost of the work).
