They were arrested in fragrant in July 13<sup>th<\/sup> while stealing a zinc roof tile from a house located in <em>El Espinal<\/em> (Tolima). They were sentenced to serve 9 months in prison.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acusador privado: it refers to a private person (victim) that can file criminal complaints or charges against others for misdemeanor crimes, without the police or the prosecutor\u2019s office being involved.
