Our number at national level is 018000919748 or landline number in Bogot\u00e1 5702000 or dialing from a cell phone 122.<\/p>\n<p>By using the Contact Center citizens will be able:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 From Monday to Friday \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a024 hours per day <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To file complaints on thefts, child sexual exploitation, cybercrimes, extortion<\/li>\n<li>To be provided with guidance and information about our services in the whole country.<\/li>\n<li>To count on the presence of a judicial authority<\/li>\n<li>To know the status of your complaint<\/li>\n<li>To process a request, complaint or congratulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>From Monday to Friday\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a08:00 a.m. &#8211; 5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be provided with assistance whether you were a victim\u00a0 of armed conflict<\/li>\n<li>To file complaints on corruption and provide anonymous information about criminal activities (from August 2nd).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This new service complements the virtual system to file complaints<em> (Adenunciar) <\/em>by providing virtual methods for filing complaint and that way making easier the access to justice.\u00a0<em><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to provide citizens with several tools to file their complaints or obtain for information in a prompt, timely, centralized way, the Office of the Attorney General launched today Wednesday 26th July 2017 the New Contact Center.
