Facts took place on April 21 in a rural settlement named La Joya (Tolima).<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, the three year old victim was under the care of these two people in a kind of supportive custody (<em>custodia solidaria<\/em> in Spanish). However, during the investigation it was demonstrated that they allegedly committed reiterated sexual and physical violence against minor causing her death.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, it was revealed that the child was constantly locked up in a dark place without airing. The minor was not feeding properly, therefore she suffered undernourishment, severe anemia and hair loss.
